Jen believes that healing happens relationally through genuine connection, and that clients are the true experts of their own experiences. She takes a compassionate, non-judgmental approach and meets clients where they are. Jen draws from various therapeutic approaches, including narrative, solution-focused, and experiential techniques, to create a supportive and inclusive space. With warmth, curiosity, and a sense of humor, she supports clients as they navigate their growth and deepen their self-understanding.
Her practice involves supporting individual adults, couples, and families navigating a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, stress, general overwhelm and perinatal/postpartum related concerns.
