Melissa is passionate about helping others and has a particular strength and interest in grief and loss work, peri and post natal, life transitions, stress, depression and anxiety support.
Ashley is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who offers counselling to children, adolescents and adults.
Ashley utilizes a strength based, holistic, and integrative approach to working with clients. Ashley focuses on creating safety and connection within session to foster positive growth and healing. She works collaboratively with her clients to assess what they need and to determine goals of service. Ashley can help support clients in a number of areas including anxiety, trauma, stress, the transition into parenthood, parenting concerns and child therapy.
Ashley has over 10 years of experience working with children, youth and parents in the school setting. She has worked with individuals, groups and parents throughout her career and loves working with children and their families. Integrating Developmental Psychology, and Attachment Theory, Ashley integrates play therapy into her practice to support children and youth.
Ashley holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle.
